This book builds on a workshop I gave to a group of holistic veterinarians at the Integrative Veterinary Conferences Australia meeting in 2025.In the same vein, the book is written simply as a short, practical guide to harnessing your intuition in clinical practice with perhaps more deliberation and confidence than you've been accustomed.

What I describe is a way to reconcile the separate perspectives, priorities, and purposes of our two cerebral hemispheres in this heavily 'left-brain' dominant culture.

It's the process of combining our scientific training and clinical experience (predominantly left-brain activities) with our intuitive insights (a right-brain activity) for a more comprehensive view of our patients and their needs.

When both aspects of our intellect work together in this way, we don't just experience summation, we experience synergy.

I am a much more able vet for developing this skill, and you will be, too.
