Topological Geometrodynamics (TGD) is a modification of general relativity inspired by the problems related to the definition of inertial and gravitational energies in general relativity. TGD The notion of many-sheeted space-time allows re-interpretation of the structure of perceived world in terms of macroscopic space-time topology and becomes especially important in TGD basd quantum biology. The generalization of number concept based on the fusion of real numbers and p-adic number fields generalizes the space-time concept allowing to identify space-time correlates of cognition and intentionality and leads to an identification of information measure for entanglement as a version of Shannon entropy implying the notion of negentropic entanglement.
