Our notions can shape our relationships in both positive and negative ways, and it's important to be aware of them so that we can work through them and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Ultimately, love is a powerful force that can bring us great happiness and fulfillment, but it requires effort and self-reflection to navigate successfully. By being aware of our notions and working to build strong, healthy relationships, we can experience the full ecstasy of love.
