Do you want a Healthy and Happy Life?
1), The major part of my Wisdom [I am sharing] is wrapped around how to have a healthy and happy life; by addressing what you put into your body and mind ---as this is the essence for creating a positive future.

4), You see, as I labor over what I have experienced -based on my 80-years of life- the future scares me; therefore, it causes me to try and help humanity along.
5), So, please understand that this volume is my effort to pass on my experiences; one's that you may glean from and take the best with you on your journey. After all, if you learn from my mistakes and successes, then you can save yourself years of struggling with life.
6), Literally, I am offering you valuable experience and not knowledge, religion, philosophy or a spiritual practice; so, if you do take it to heart, it will literally save you years of learning the hard way ---about what Life offers.
