Mit verschiedenen therapeutischen Geschichten, von denen einige lustig und andere überraschend sind, wird ein roter Faden aus seinen Erfahrungen und dem Menschlichen gezogen.
Mit seiner mehr als 28-jährigen Erfahrung berichtet er in jedem Kapitel über klinische und therapeutische Anwendungen sowie über Erfahrungen von Menschen, die in die Praxis kommen, von denen einige völlig falsche Vorstellungen davon haben, was mit Hypnotherapie erreicht werden kann und was nicht.
Schilling entmystifiziert die Hypnose und zeigt, wie sie Patienten mit Panikattacken, Depressionen, sexuellen Funktionsstörungen und Phobien unter anderem mit Hilfe der Trance helfen kann.
Viele fragen mich nach Geschichten, die ich bei der Arbeit mit Menschen erlebt habe. Schlie lich wurden sie anhand eines roten Fadens und unter Wahrung der Identität meiner Patienten in diesem ersten Buch zusammengestellt.
Das ultimative Ziel des Buches ist es, die Menschen zu unterhalten und über die Verwendung von Hypnose in der Klinik aufzuklären.
