I wrote this book for those who care about their physical and mental health. For those who truly want to understand how the Red Fly Agaric and other Amanitas works at the level of microdosing. The book reflects my many years of experience, the experience of my mushroom pharmacy, and is based on the latest laboratory and (pre)clinical trials in USA, Europe, and Israel. By reading it, you will learn:
- who microdosing is indicated for and who it is not;
- how Red and Panther Amanitas work at the biochemical level;
- what problems microdosing can solve and which it cannot;
- how to properly collect Amanitas and prepare various forms of microdosing;
- how to accurately assess the quality of products from different manufacturers;
- you will be able safely determine your dosage, establish courses and breaks between them, and learn about mindfulness and goal setting.
For the first time since the rise of mass microdosing, a single publication comprehensively explores all aspects of Fly Agaric. This book offers valuable guidance on collecting and preparing Fly Agaric caps, as well as purchasing ready-made products. It covers all known options, forms, and recipes for microdosing.
Based on a detailed analysis of Fly Agaric's biochemical composition and the author's extensive experience, the book debunks myths and explains its diverse therapeutic effects on both mental and physical health. It provides a clear overview of Fly Agaric's main active compounds, their effects, interactions, and the complex cascades of reactions they trigger.
Incorporating the latest scientific research, including preclinical and clinical trials, the book confirms the safety and remarkable health benefits of microdosing Fly Agaric. Readers will learn how and why Fly Agaric microdoses can help manage depression, anxiety, addiction recovery, viral and bacterial infections, cancer, diabetes, epilepsy, neurodegenerative diseases, and more. It also explores how Fly Agaric can restore libido, enhance fertility, improve athletic performance, and offer other significant benefits. For the first time, the effects of Fly Agaric are analyzed using over 50,000 reviews, allowing the author to draw statistical conclusions. Some of these reviews are included at the end of the book.
The book provides practical tips on microdosing, including dosage selection, goal setting, and designing regimens for specific illnesses, conditions, or psychological challenges. It also offers a detailed review of potential side effects.
This book is ideal for anyone interested in starting microdosing or gaining a deeper understanding of Fly Agaric, including mycologists, ethnomycologists, biochemists, toxicologists, therapists, and other health professionals.
About the AuthorMikhail Vishnevsky is one of the leading mycologists in the post-Soviet space. He holds a PhD in Biological Sciences (Mycology). Mikhail Vishnevsky is a mycologist, ethnomycologist, entheomycologist, mycopharmacist, mycological toxicologist, and the founder and co-owner of the international Fungiline chain of mushroom pharmacies.
