The number of kidney failure patients reaches approximately 10 million. Due to its significant importance, this preclinical study is divided into two sections. The first section represents the infra-structure of the research subject, such as: Emerging technologies in general and artificial intelligence in particular, the dialysis machine (artificial kidney) and especially its filtration unit, hollow fibers and their advantages and disadvantages, the use of especially nonwoven membrane's, especially those made of Nanofibers, plus methods of increasing the efficiency of filtrations using, the engineering construction of the filter, and employing plasma therapy to overcome replacement drugs to equalize the performance of the artificial kidney and the normal kidney. Since the World Health Organization's recommendations stipulate that no new medication or treatment method should be used before ten years of clinical trials have been completed, the second section of this work focuses on ideas for reducing the duration of dialysis sessions from four hours to less than two hours, in addition to eliminating the need for intravenous replacement therapy.
