In this carefully argued and biblically grounded work, the author engages directly with the influential Calvinistic teachings of R. C. Sproul on providence, sovereignty, evil, and human freedom. Sproul's views are presented fully and fairly in their own chapters, allowing his arguments and biblical appeals to be heard without caricature or distortion.
