Trish Covich was diagnosed with CFS/ME in 2013 and endured the illness for 10 years before coming up with a self-help programme that fully cured her of the condition in just three weeks.

In the book CFS/ME GONE, Trish shares her entire Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/Myalgic Encephalomyelitis journey and full recovery from it, with repetitive brain exercises in a coaching programme that allows readers to follow in her footsteps.

Her CFS/ME wasn't just some minor debilitating illness. During the long struggle she was hospitalised numerous times from physical symptoms associated with CFS/ME. At her worst she weighed a mere 48 kilograms and was placed on a feeding tube for over 12 months. Thousands of dollars were spent on costly medical and homeopathic treatments, mostly to no avail. The outlook was not good,

However, being a keen researcher, she put time to good use and came to understand the neuro-science of a CFS/ME brain and how it triggers biological symptoms. It ultimately led her to neuro-plasticity brain training and how the body can be returned back to normal - to homeostasis.

The breakthrough finally came when using her background as a therapist, she combined well-known established neuro-based strategies with narrative therapy, which she says increased the power of recovery ten-fold. It was the missing key - like a code she had solved. Just three weeks later she was well - a miracle some may say. Waking up with no symptoms was further proof that it was not a medical disease. Today, Trish lives a full and healthy life.

For those with CFS/ME, Long Covid, fibromyalgia, POTS (Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome), long-term pain, and even to offer support therapy to caregivers and health professionals. CFS/ME GONE will help those seeking a solution to the fatigue, pain and distress, that they no longer need to endure.

Trish Covich is a Narrative Therapist and holds a Bachelor of Social Practice degree, with a major in Counselling. She lives with her husband and two feline companions in a small harbourside village near the top of New Zealand, where she coaches CFS/ME clients worldwide, attends the gym, swims daily during summer and participates in the occasional fun run to show others afflicted with debilitating CFS/ME that there is indeed light at the end of the tunnel.
