Bobbi Fergstad Bryksa has spent more than twenty years leading complex organizations across telecommunications, energy, and legal operations while studying the intersection of systems thinking, philosophy, leadership, and human perception. Her work explores how people develop discernment, navigate complexity, and cultivate coherence in both their professional and personal lives.
She lives in Cochrane, Alberta, with her husband and their blended family.
