This is about the tools, methods, processes and techniques that can be used to achieve empowered, holistic, self-healing of body, mind, emotion and spirit, for self and others. It helps relieve stress, resolve trauma, strengthen focus and improve being centered and balanced, by using holistic healing therapies that facilitate mastering the re-connection of the mind-body-spirit.
The Code is a condensation of tried and true healing methods from a healer's own toolkit, used for decades to help others. The Code also clarifies information from many disciplines, leading gurus and distills the knowledge into key ingredients and practices. The Code is something the author has been teaching as a clinic workshop to seed a vision for the creation and expansion of healing circles world-wide. The Code should enable anyone, to access and perfect, the healing power we all possess.
The author is a qualified wellness specialist with a background in traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, herbology and Therapeutic Touch(R) preceded by many years in various western health disciplines including scientific and clinical research. For over a decade the author successfully operated a healing clinic that treated a wide range of complex issues encompassing mental, emotional, spiritual and physical blockages. The author has helped hundreds of clients find restored health, wellness, balance and insight into their true selves.
