The chain of pain is created to symbolise different ways of pain that impact people's lives in different situations. It identifies the aftermath after traumas, the impact pain has on our lives, and the internal damage it creates.
The title Chain of Pain reflects and connects pain in a domino effect that everyone who has experienced these situations can relate to. These situations are written in a poetic manner, imagining one's situation and the feelings behind the pain.
We face these challenges in our everyday lives and don't realise the strain it puts on our lives. Sometimes our loved ones fail to understand the different situations and treat them as a normality. But these situations make us who we are; we don't need to be quiet about it but instead seek counselling or a professional.
We all deserve to be treated with respect and dignity, as we all are born for a purpose and are special in every way. So if you face these challenges, remember that you are not alone.
