Aamna's coaching philosophy is rooted in the Islamic principles of integrity and compassion, as well as an unwavering focus on client confidentiality.
In her work Aamna explores the purpose and direction in the lives of clients, and focuses on values to help them determine how much they are living in alignment with them. Spiritual development is a core part of the work Aamna does with individuals and couples.
