Em is given unusual amounts of authority to pursue these ends, but the taskforce is plagued by mission creep and corruption.
Nut, former and disgraced witchfinder, is now a private investigator. His talents in divination solve mild-mannered civil issues but prior years of danger are far behind him. After discovering a threat from the past, he is thrust back into the auspices of the Office of Witchfinder General.
It has been sixteen years since the alder cult assailed Palas Square. A new dawn is on the horizon. Nut and Em are reunited once again to confront the past and create a new future. The final battle begins.
