The Abyss Codex II is the descent - thirty-nine chapters of stripping what accumulates between any being and the ground they are already standing on. The grandeur of the gods, examined without reverence. Fear, seen clearly as what it actually is. The self's story, recognized as story. The shadow never looked at directly. The void entered. Surrender arrived at - not as defeat, but as the only honest next position.
This volume does not offer comfort as its primary currency. It offers what stripping actually produces: the specific accuracy of a being that has seen what it was carrying and set some of it down.
