What Happens After You Die? is written for the person in that quiet room.
Working through eighteen chapters, this book takes the question seriously - not with false comfort, not with frightening certainty, but with careful attention to what Scripture actually says about death, the state of the dead, resurrection, judgment, and the life beyond. It surveys every major Christian position: immediate presence with Christ, soul sleep, purgatory, eternal conscious torment, annihilationism, and universal reconciliation - examining each on its own terms and asking which account most faithfully holds together the whole witness of Scripture.
Then it goes further. Drawing on The Master Plan framework, the book argues that death does not end the curriculum - that the Father who formed His children through the ages does not abandon the unfinished work at the grave. Judgment is real. The fire is real. But the fire in Scripture is consistently described as purifying, not merely punishing - and the Father who is a consuming fire is the same Father who wanted children from before the ages began.
