Warped Time is a collection of science fiction stories exploring themes of time travel, alternate realities, and human resilience in extraordinary circumstances.
1. Europa
Rachel Cartwright, a legal secretary from Maine, embarks on a vacation to Vermont, only to discover her fiancé's betrayal. Fleeing in anger, she drives through a tunnel and inexplicably finds herself on Jupiter's moon, Europa, in the distant future. There, she encounters a society of humans and alien species, including the enigmatic Europans-half-human, half-quadruped beings. Rachel becomes a mediator between the Space Alliance and the Europans, helping to broker peace and uncovering parallels between the treatment of the Europans and historical injustices on Earth. Her journey is one of adaptation, diplomacy, and self-discovery as she navigates a world far removed from her own time.

2. The Equestrian
Kendra Kenni Johnson, a young horse trainer, suffers a severe injury and wakes up in a hospital - three hundred years in the future. Confused and bitter, she struggles to adapt to advanced technology and a society that has evolved beyond her understanding. With the help of Dr. Silverman, a compassionate physical therapist, Kenni learns to use futuristic mobility aids and reconnects with her passion for horses. Her story blurs the line between dream and reality, as she questions whether her experiences in the future are real or imagined, ultimately finding hope and acceptance in her new circumstances.
3. The Experiment
LeeAndra Cash, a recent college graduate, volunteers for a cryogenic experiment, expecting to sleep for two weeks. Instead, she awakens 250 years later in a transformed world. Disoriented and alone, Lee must navigate a society that has advanced far beyond her own, relying on the kindness of strangers and her own resourcefulness. She discovers that her prolonged sleep was the result of sabotage, and the government has provided for her financially. Unable to return to her own time, Lee chooses to undergo cryogenic sleep again, hoping that future technology will allow her to travel back and reclaim her place in history.
