Luke-Acts explained salvation and brought to light the Holy Spirit as the propelling force behind the ministry of Jesus and that of the disciples, the marginalized in the society and Jesus' reaction to them, prayer, as the power that induces miracles and communication with the God, the Father. It highlighted the transfer of ministry from Jesus to the disciples through the coming of the Holy Spirit as well as the early life of the disciples who adopted communal living. Luke-Acts also featured the conversion of Paul and its impact on the early church. From Africa background; Igbo perspective, Luke-Acts x-rayed the essence, relevance of the communal living of the disciples to human relationship. An relevance of the communal lifestyle of the disciples would help foster peace, love, unity and development in our contemporary society.
