Our story begins on a separate earth, on which is the super continent known as eon. On eon lies six kingdoms; the kingdom of Eren, the demon kingdom of Nasheeta, the kingdom of Kadi-na, the kingdom of Arrik, the kingdom of Soros-sin, and the kingdom of Aiiros. All the kingdoms existed atop a great deal of ruins throughout the continent, remnants from an ancient civilization that had come before. As a result many of the kingdoms had reverse engineered a great deal of technology from this civilization leading to a great difference in the technology level of the kingdoms. Within this earth there is a form of elemental energy manipulation that is called casting. An aura core is used to form the energy within it to create the energy that is used in the casting itself. The core itself is linked to a beings soul, and is within every living being that has a soul. In addition to energy casting, there is also elemental casting that allows casters to manipulate the elements themselves, with some powerful casters even being able to create the elements from energy. In addition to casting and the technological advances of the kingdoms, there is also a form of technology known as essence technology or ess-tech for short, in which armor with energy shields can be created from essence gems, the gems consisting of the elements of fire, water, air, earth, shadow, and light, though shadow and light crystals are significantly rarer than their other counterparts. These gems appear naturally from areas in the wild where high concentrations of elemental energy reside.
Throughout the kingdoms are a great deal of unexplored territory and dangerous wildlife ranging from massive spiders to griffons. this has led to the creation of the guild creation administration, a organization initially created by the combined efforts of the kingdoms of Eren and Arrik, the organization being responsible for the creation and management of specialists, a type of mercenary with a rank system built into it. for years the kingdoms of Aiiros and Eren have warred with one another, however thanks to a sacrifice made by a previous hero of the kingdom of Eren peace had been maintained between the two kingdoms, though with the death of one of Aiiros' princes it is likely that the fragile peace will be broken one day. Claire Shadow, a specialist that lives in the kingdom of Eren, has been searching for her identical twin sister Sarah Shadow for the past fourteen years, she now puts it on hold as she prepares to go on an expedition with the military guild known as the Guardians of Light
