Guarding this place is Ali Khan: wise, patient, silver-bearded, and keeper of the Wardrobe through many long years. He knows every door, every costume, every rule and danger of travel through time. But he does not walk the paths himself - he holds the doors open, and waits for the one who will.
That one is Matt Bondi: a thoughtful young man who stumbled out of the rain one afternoon, drawn toward the oak wardrobe by a warmth he could not explain, chosen not for strength or learning but for the kindness in his heart and the humility to see every era not as a storybook legend, but as living, breathing people - their greatness and their flaws, their joys and their sorrows, all equally worthy of respect.
Together they will travel - Ali guiding, Matt walking - through thirty-six doors, across thirty-six worlds, into thirty-six ages of history.
