Born deaf into a hearing world, Lacynda spent much of her life feeling caught between two worlds - never fully belonging in either. Through years of loneliness, rejection, emotional trauma, mental health struggles, spiritual confusion, and chronic illness, she searched desperately for peace and acceptance.

While battling chronic illness, PTSD, depression, exhaustion, and invisible pain, she learns how to keep loving, creating, and surviving for her family and for the purpose God placed inside her.
This book shares the raw reality of living with invisible battles while still trying to be a good mother, wife, creator, and believer. It explores how creativity became therapy, how crocheting helped heal broken pieces of her heart, and how God used every painful chapter to weave together a testimony of strength, grace, and perseverance.
At its core, The Threads God Wove is not just a story about suffering.
It is a story about surviving darkness and still choosing love.
A story for anyone who has ever felt broken, exhausted, unseen, or hopeless.
And a reminder that God can still create beauty from broken threads.
