The behavior of children in a classroom is a reflection of the adult in the room. If that sentence makes you uncomfortable, this book is for you. Classroom chaos is spreading. Adults are losing the battle. And the children feel it. This book is a direct, no-filter guide for anyone responsible for shaping young people - teachers, assistants, parents, school leaders, and anyone who refuses to accept disorder as the new normal. Inside, you'll learn:
- Why classroom chaos is spreading
- Why adults are losing the battle
- What to do today to regain control
How to rebuild consistency, authority, and structure No fluff. No theory. No sugar-coating. Just real tactics from someone who has spent years in the trenches, restoring order where others gave up.
