Why and how was the universe created? Why do humans exist in this vast universe? Why are there black holes? Is the universe infinite? Is there other intelligent life in our universe? This book provides answers for some of the most complicated questions ever considered by humanity. Included are three new theories that could reshape our thinking about how the cosmos works.
In the beginning of this book, the author provides a possible solution for how the universe had an origin from nothing. In the first chapter the author analyzes the Big Bang and other creation theories in the search for answers about creation.
What would be the purpose of our universe if there were no humans present to observe and acknowledge its existence? The chapter titled, Cognitive Universe will provide a different theory not often considered. Could the universe possess cognitive abilities?
One of the greatest mysteries facing physicists has nothing to do with the 5% of visible matter, but instead with the 95% of all the matter and energy in the universe that is not seen or understood. We know it exists, but we don't know what it is. The author explores possibilities to find answers for the mystery concerning the existence of this strange matter and energy. The author provides evidence that dark matter is the secret formula for ALL that exists.
One entire chapter focuses on a theory that has only been alluded to by just a few theoretical physicists. The author titles this theory, The Black Hole Endoverse Theory. This is a compelling part of the book, wherein the author embarks on proving that black holes at the center of each galaxy are responsible for creating new baby universes. We are now living within the boundaries of a massive black hole of a parent universe!
The author explores how Einstein's theory of relativity, gravitons, and dark matter all work together to produce gravity. The explanation of how gravity functions is truly innovative. Finally, there is a possible solution for explaining Dark Matter.
The quantum world is continually evolving as atomic accelerators discover strange new particles. By reviewing all the particles in the atom, it becomes clearer that the quantum world is much stranger than physicists ever imagined. Albert Einstein referred to the quantum world as spooky. The author explores the quantum world and makes the effort to simplify its complexities.
The last chapter examines the significance of the human race. For the human mind and body to evolve from stardust would require an extremely complex universe, including our strange quantum world. Dark matter, dark energy, quarks, electrons, boson particles, neutrinos, photons, gravitons, supernovas, black holes, and an extraordinary planet orbiting an ideal star at just the right position are all required to produce the human race. The author explains how our existence may be the reason why the universe is so complicated.
We are now entering an era of amazing discovery that is beginning to provide some answers in the search for better understanding. What will our civilization be like in one thousand years, or in one million years? Are we alone in the universe? Will we ever meet other intelligent life?
