This book is about one of my greatest idols, Stephen Colbert. Stephen Colbert reminds me of a very grown up Christopher Robin. Both insightful and bravely philisophically humorous! Sophisticated, yet childishly and irrevocably honest, he brings it all to the table. Even though the table is shared with some of the most controversial guests available. For I would imagine some people would not be so courageous as to face Stephen eye to eye. They never really appear to be eye to eye on most subjects. It is Stephen's wish, no mission, to immediately plow them to the ground and then cross examine them, as if they never speak a word. They are, at the very least, drowned out by his sarcastically quick-witted repertoire. Which is what his audienxce, Stephen Colbert's Nation, not only hungers for but has grown to expect. His nation is just that, a nation unto itself, ever growing more in population and undying loyalty. And he deserves every second of that adulation! An intelligence and personality such as his, cannot be contained for long. Its like the quick separation of water from oil, rising to the surface, bursting forth like exploding Fireworks gone amok! Live Long and Prosper Stephen Colbert!
