en que Joe Pilates expuso el método a través de notas de fotografías históricas, y también lo que él transmitió verbalmente y enseñó a Lolita San Miguel, Kathy Stanford Grant (a través de la mirada de Sarita Allen), Romana Kryzanowska (a través de la mirada de Kathryn Ross-Nash) y su alumno John Steele.
