Reglamento Constitucional Provisorio: Este reglamento, aunque lleva un tÃtulo similar al anterior, representa un paso adicional en la consolidación de un marco constitucional chileno. A diferencia del reglamento de 1812, este documento probablemente incluye modificaciones y ajustes que reflejan las cambiantes circunstancias polÃticas y las lecciones aprendidas durante los primeros años de la formación del Estado.
Proyecto de Constitución Provisoria de 1818: Este proyecto es significativo porque se produce en un momento crÃtico de la lucha de Chile por la independencia. El 1818 fue un año clave, marcado por la victoria en la Batalla de Maipú que aseguró la independencia de Chile.
