I am perhaps not qualified to write about a person's soul or afterlife. I'm certainly not qualified to define anyone's idea of God, Deity, or whatever Power they may choose to believe in - or not believe in.

This book is about this life. The one we're living here and now. How can we find peace, happiness, contentment, or joy in this moment - without returning to the bottle, a pill, food, harmful relationships, or any of the other activities we may try to use to escape discomfort, discontentedness, boredom, worry, anger, etc?
