Why do we talk about love?
Human beings by nature need to give and receive love. Many seem to be for life shouting in silence that unstoppable need: I want to give love, I need to receive love, but in many cases, the years may pass, and even an entire life, without that human need to be only a silent scream, because just as by human nature we need to give and receive love. Also, by human nature, we are emotional beings and we have the strong tendency to allow our emotions to dictate the guidelines of our lives. Although emotions are mechanisms created by God and are necessary for human beings, we must not allow emotions to control our lives.
Human beings by nature need to give and receive love. Many seem to be for life shouting in silence that unstoppable need: I want to give love, I need to receive love, but in many cases, the years may pass, and even an entire life, without that human need to be only a silent scream, because just as by human nature we need to give and receive love. Also, by human nature, we are emotional beings and we have the strong tendency to allow our emotions to dictate the guidelines of our lives. Although emotions are mechanisms created by God and are necessary for human beings, we must not allow emotions to control our lives.

Love is not a feeling. We could say that it is a decision, but it is a lot more than that. Many believe that love is born in the heart and that may be true, but the heart is usually misleading. Whether we talk about a couple's love, or the love that we feel for our closest family or friends, or that we give ourselves and even the love to God, which is regularly believed to be love, it is only emotion. But emotions are normally born from passing circumstances and at the end of these circumstances, the emotion is turned off and what we thought was love is faded.
But when we learn to love smartly, with understanding and above the emotions, reality is another and we manage to be able to give and receive a type of love that exceeds the barriers of circumstances and helps us live a full life, full of great satisfactions.
Reading this book, you will find all the necessary information and you will know the steps you must take, to learn to love yourself, love God and other people, with smart love. You will understand that emotions and decisions does not mean the same and that when you learn to differentiate one from the other, be happy for the rest of your life with what you have at hand, it will be just your decision.
