Zen has spent eight years handling cursed merchandise, homicidal customers, and a manager who would replace him before fixing the lights.
He is a goblin stock clerk at Dungeon Coin. He is definitely not a hero.
Then Zen discovers a forgotten portal beneath Aisle Nine-and a dying kingdom on the other side. Valeora begged the Heroes' Guild for help, but its petition was denied. The kingdom simply wasn't valuable enough to save.
Unfortunately, the ancient portal recognizes Zen's store uniform as official authority. The moment he accepts Valeora's petition, the way home seals behind him.
Armed with a box cutter, a wrench, and years of experience dealing with impossible customers, Zen must assemble an unlikely party, rescue an imprisoned princess, and confront the sorcerer draining Valeora's magic. Along the way, he uncovers something even worse: the kingdom's destruction may be part of a profitable corporate scheme.
The Guild sent no heroes.
Valeora got a retail goblin instead.
And Zen has finally found a problem he cannot return for store credit.
Retail Goblins: No Refunds is an LitRPG progression-fantasy adventure featuring unconventional crafting, corporate conspiracy, found family, dangerous quests, multiple love interests, and open-door romance.
