The quality of life (QOL) of patients with COPD is constantly affected by the disease, and the factors influencing it have been a subject of debate. The objective of this study is to assess the QOL of patients with COPD and to identify the factors that predict its impairment. Through a cross-sectional analytical study conducted in the two main pulmonology clinics in Sousse. Quality of life was measured using the validated Tunisian version of the Short Form 36 (SF-36) questionnaire, and clinical and sociodemographic data were collected using a data collection form. Results: 335 patients were evaluated, with a mean age of 66.76 11.64. Patients with impaired physical and mental QoL accounted for 52% and 50.7% of the total population, respectively. Multivariate analysis identified independently associated factors.
