In this study we start from the assumption that, in Villa Corina in particular, there is a deep stigmatization applied by various social actors towards the neighbors who live there, who in turn share traits and characteristics that homogenize them; They inhabit a strongly devalued, discredited, historically feared and avoidable space; they generally have low educational levels, difficulties in accessing services and consumer goods, the impossibility of enjoying decent infrastructure conditions, labor precariousness and coexist in a space characterized by a high degree of erosion of social networks.
