Dr. Trudi Deiss, Project Manager, reports ongoing interference from individuals operating outside of any sanctioned authority. These subjects are criminals believed to be embedded within civilian populations under false identities and under the guise of rebel group affiliations.
Watch groups list: Tachyon Syndicate, Alpine Echo, Sierra Phantoms, The Rivermen, The Ferrymen, and Northern Veil as terrorist groups working against the governments. Any information regarding these groups is much appreciated and will be rewarded, as they are a threat to public safety.
Recovery protocols remain active. Increased measures may be required to ensure the successful retrieval of key personnel to stabilize what remains of the original TRA infrastructure.
Fraternization with rebel groups is classified as treason per the Chancellor.
All remaining TRA assets have been instructed to prioritize restoration of TIG.
