Relating with people, even those whom you have spent all your life with, may be difficult and outright frustrating. Getting over the Narcissistic Abuse Trauma
After surviving the narcissistic abuse, you may find it challenging to get yourself back on track to relate with people like you should. The aftermath of the narcissistic abuse may be very traumatizing, and what's worse? It may lead to depression and other mental health issues for the victim. Not to worry, though. Even if you may have been through a lot in the hands of the narcissist, you don't have to continue to wallow in the pool of sadness, low self-esteem, and rejection that you were subjected to.
