Sometimes your dreams can turn into nightmares...
It's been ten years since the police charged Jason with the murder of his wife, an accusation that almost destroyed him before he was finally declared innocent.
Now, Jason has a chance to rebuild his life when he is sent to training - Warlock training. But he quickly finds warlock training less about waving a wand and more of a battle to survive.
Even the protection of the castle's magic isn't enough to stop assassins bent on killing him.
Things go from bad to worse when he saves his friend from the jaws of a magical beast. The beast is now out for Jason's blood and will track him across any realm.
Evil forces now plot to destroy the borders between the realms, plunging everything into darkness. Jason must now use his new-found talents to prevent the realms from total destruction.
Jason must now use his new-found talents to prevent evil forces now plotting to destroy the borders between the realms, plunging everything into darkness and death.
★★★★★ I'm about a 1/4 of the way through and I already know I'm ready for the second installment of the series. Can't wait! I would love to have an author read audio version available. I'm part of an on-line friends book club and we each put up books to read in coming quarters and then discuss. This book was selected by our group for our Q2 2020 read. So excited to share this with others! - A.M. Sibille
★★★★★ Stone Keye was able to keep my attention through the entire book. The introduction of so many characters can be a challenge, but was exceptional. The twists and turns prevented me from putting the book down. I hope there is another in this series to dig deeper into some of topics, like Jason's wife. - Alan T
★★★★★ Not my genre but from the second page takes you into a gripping non-stop adventure.
On the negative, I bought it for my 10 day cruise, but finished it in 2 days. - amazon fan
★★★★★ I really enjoyed this book and was surprised because this is not normally the type of book I would read. Found it fast paced and exciting and cannot wait for the next book by Stone Key! - Marlena
