Always Care is for the pain and suffering life creates, and you must learn to stop, relax, and rest, and care for yourself, and create a peace, a kindness, to yourself, than just abuse yourself to work, work, work, and save yourself for real from insane soulless experiences. There is no soul from matter, you need a Spiritual Soul, that is Light and Love, and Encouragement to the sad suffering person you are. You must understand that you need compassion, deep compassion where you are forever mad and sad. Bless yourself with not a moment of compassion, but a Dream of Forever Compassion, and Feel Well, and Get Better.
