Such is the case with the incredible story of Paul Wesley Airey--a humble gentleman who grew up through the Great Depression, quit high school to join the military, spent time as a POW during World War II, and rose up to become the first Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force. His rags-to-riches story is not of monetary value, but rich with many valuable leadership lessons and lasting impressions that made a difference still echoing in today's United States Air Force.
