The Liberal Loophole Jails may come to exist in nations such as the UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the entire EU and the USA in the 2030s, if not before.
The main difference between this new type of jail and traditional jails is that inside the Liberal Loophole Jail there are no criminals whatsoever, only POPs (prisoners of peace) who are considered political prisoners.
These prisoners do not have a history of violence or theft; not muggers, not burglars, not bad guys, just disaffected, primarily impoverished folk who have been defeated by adverts and capitalism, laid low by modernity and the internet and tech and the hyper-rapid changes that have taken place in recent decades.
They have accrued insurmountable debt; they live in crime-ridden areas surrounded by habitual antisocial neighbours who foul the air with angsty music 24/7 and bully the vulnerable and elderly into submission and shame.
The people who will end up in this new type of luxury prison will be those who have compassion fatigue after millions of adverts and letters from NGOs; they are people who have developed physical and mental illnesses as a result of imported terrorism and gang crime. They are good and humble folk at the end of their tether who do not have the means to live in a protected mansion or ivory tower, so instead they all one day simply handed themselves in at their local police station, which is where the story begins.
The general consensus among untold thousands of people who would end up living in the Loophole Jails was that, If it's not safe to walk to the shops to buy bread we can barely afford because of the violent thugs who will only get a slap on the wrist after beating and robbing us, why not simply 'turn ourselves in' to the state and demand they imprison us all!
Because the West is liberal and believes every problem can be solved by increasing taxes, the thousands who decided to peacefully leave the system and demand imprisonment in a new type of non-criminal prison were granted their wish. This is their story. This is how they were saved from a heartless and hubristic system that had abandoned them. This is how capitalism and the Western liberal system collapsed as dignity returned, empowerment was supercharged and the downtrodden triumphantly rose to their feet-and would take entitlement and privilege to the next level!
A haunting warning about the coming failures of neoliberalism, entitlement, tolerance, soft policing and even softer sentences for violent criminals; a warning about the impending consequences of mass home repossessions, charity bullying, psychological manipulation and hypercapitalism.
Once good folk reach their breaking point, they will go on strike. They will demand Liberal Loophole Jails are erected everywhere in order for them to avoid bills, charity appeals, gangs, terrorism, corruption, poverty and impossible-to-pay debts.
The loophole is being able to avoid paying bills, avoid responsibility and avoid stress and crime by insisting you are imprisoned. Citizens in capitalistic liberal democracies are permitted abortions and IVF by simply requesting these things, as is the case with imprisonment-police will never say, I refuse to arrest you; you are unarrestable, just as no judge will ever say, I don't care that you have requested to be imprisoned, we refuse to imprison you.
The Liberal Loophole Jails: A Peaceful and Righteous Revolution is a satirical critique of a broken uncaring system, an exposé of the failings of hyper-capitalism globalisation, outsourcing and unlimited entitlement, tolerance, high taxes and nannying, it creating much-needed debate, change and an infusion of new ideas and hope.
