Caught in the middle is Sarah, a survivor seeking justice for her murdered sister. Through her eyes, we see the cost of vigilantism-the moral strain, the blurred boundaries, and the psychological toll of becoming judge and executioner.
What follows is a war of ideology fought in subway tunnels, abandoned docks, and burning warehouses. The Phantom believes fear changes monsters. Judge Zero believes truth does. Only one philosophy can stand.
