I Smell Cookies, is a fanciful story about a wonderful gift given to the children of a small town in a most unusual and unexpected way. The town loves and appreciates the gift but has a difficult time hanging onto it. I Smell Cookies, shows us how important feeling appreciated, loved, and hearing positive words are in helping children feel good about themselves. Positive words and actions build them up, help them do their best and help them achieve greatness. I Smell Cookies, also shows how negative words, discouragement, teasing, and bullying can stunt their growth and limit the expression of their talents and spiritual gifts. Children recognize that problems will come, and it sometimes takes a lot of work to correct a wrong but if they keep trying, it will turn out alright. So, have a cookie or two, and enjoy reading this wonderful little book!
