The night draws close.
Hunting is all Wolf knows, as he took up the craft as a young man after his family was mercilessly slain and mutilated by an Egyptian vampire of old. Hunting is what keeps Wolf alive, as he works for the Organization created by Orson Lions to keep vampires and their kind at bay.
This is a three-story book of Hunter Wolf's monster hunting expeditions.
1.On the chase of the original Chupacabra, Hunter Wolf hunts the Scarecrow, a being of mythical legend and untold cruelty. Two families were meticulously murdered by this myth, as well as women and babes stolen off the street to become the Scarecrow's vampire thralls. In the chase Hunter must learn to cope with vampiric sides previously unknown to him, in the form of a woman vampire, one of the Scarecrow's thralls, Charlotte.
2.Faced by a werewolf, Hunter must learn of the criminal sides, and either use them to his advantage, or fall before them. As he grapples with Lycan the werewolf, he must also solve the deaths of a family living in an old house, as ghosts that appear to Hunter. Fond friends and fiends await Wolf in this tale of becoming One with the Weirdness.
3. And yet... there is always the Doom of Earth approaching. People from around the world love to travel, even... people not from this planet. As Earth wanes into twilight, forces of the unholy seek to prolong their will on its denizens, and even natural sickness is an opponent against the people of Earth and their fight for survival.
The night begins, and whether he be monster or hunting monsters, Hunter Wolf will be in the night.
