Healthcare is Hell traces life in medicine. It begins with the first encounters that spark the question: why medicine? Then it dances through the grind of pre-med and med school, splitting thereafter into a somersault of practice and specialities. The final act is admin.
In the end, the patient won't know whether to cheer, to scoff, or to do nothing at all.
Funny, precise, and occasionally brutal, these poems don't argue against medicine. They argue for honesty about it.
