Prof. B. N. Chaulkar is retired Professor from Faculty of Home Science, M. S. University of Baroda. He completed 90 years on 18th October, 2021. During his journey he has never been hospitalized nor has he undergone any surgery. According to his son, the secret of his good health is his thought processes, which he calls as Internal Operating Procedures.
The life of Prof. Chaulkar is a validation of the axiom You reap in what you sow The principles of goodness, honesty and integrity that he has followed throughout his life is visible in the harmony and good health that he is maintaining in his nineties. The stories narrated in the book reveal his values, beliefs and ethics. Valuable lessons for living are unveiled in the book.
