When Ms. Stinky visits China she assumes that 1.4 billion Chinese swine will get the red carpet out to greet her. She refuses Miss Kitty's help with Mandarin because she also assumes the Chinese will oink English to accommodate her because as the Mayor of Victoria, she is famous around the world. The only things that exceed Ms. Stinky's arrogance are her sense of entitlement, tunnel vision and her inability to reason, in spite of her recent completion of grade seven upgrading. When Foxy, Dr. Ponzi and Dr. Fixer hear of Ms. Stinky's language problems in China they decide to help her, after Foxy, Mr. I know everything about everything claims to be fluent in Mandarin. Of course, he is not, and the groups problems are magnified when the three boars throw themselves into an already bad situation in China with no ability to communicate in Mandarin, no manners and no common sense. When his friends finally tire of Foxy's lies, sexist comments, hoggish lack of ideas, drug abuse and stupidity they decide to ship him to the police station in the capital of Mongolia as freight. This leads to an embarrassing international incident and the authorities in Canada are not amused. Foxy does not visit or leave Mongolia by choice!Every Village Needs an Idiot Series celebrates the good fortune we have in Canada to always have strong competition for the position of village idiot in every community.
