What a ride! Best series I've read in years.
This is a finely tuned action fantasy that will be appreciated by all lovers of the genre. Exciting, thought provoking and darn good fun. Recommended most highly.
Absolutely one of the most engrossing stories I have ever read. Started out just like every dystopian TEOTWAWKI story but then it takes a sharp left turn into fantasy and it just keeps getting better. I purchased ALL of the series before I started and I'm glad I did because I had to start the next one as soon as I finished one. Wonderful cast of characters. I can't recommend this series enough.
Highly recommended. I've read the entire series and loved them all. Loved them so much that I've started over and I'm reading the entire series again from the beginning.
This is a fabulous find! An excellent rendering of dystopian and myth woven together into a grand sweeping story. A Marine stranded in England, who is honorable, fair and humane. Read it, tis grand.
Craig Zerf has written an engrossing story that will keep you reading as fast as you can.
