A Logistics management information system is a process that aggregates, analyze, validate and display data for evidence-based decision making in supply chain. The main objective of the study was to determine factors influencing the implementation of LMIS in public health facilities in Garissa County. Specific objectives included determining the influence of top management support, availability of qualified personnel, use of technology and funding for the implementation of LMIS in the county. The Technology Acceptance Model and Diffusion of Innovation Theory were adopted in the descriptive research design. Healthcare workers in the county were the target population. A Purposive sampling technique was used to identify departments that order & receive while respondents were identified through stratification technique. Self-administered questionnaires were used to collect data. Data were coded and entered in a Microsoft Excel sheet. Data analysis package (Statistical package for social science-SPSS version 25, was for analysis. Linear regression model was used to investigate influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable.
