This book would be of great interest to any trekker, especially those heading for not-so-conventional routes in Kinnaur, Himachal Himalayas, where most of the book is set. It is a wide range of literature replete with tales that the author experiences on the way, be it a shepherd's life, accounts of local customs, folklore, the mental status of a wanderer, and nature conservation.
