The aim of this thesis is to investigate the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) for the assessment of learning on e-learning platforms. This study focuses on the application of AI in education to develop innovative assessment strategies and analyze the impact of distance assessment practices. The first part of the thesis proposes a literature review on learning assessment and evaluative practices in e-learning platforms and in the field of artificial intelligence. In the second part, we conducted an experiment with student trainees at the Centre Régional des Métiers d'Education et de Formation (CRMEF) in Béni Mellal to analyze pedagogical practices following the integration of ICT, in particular assessment platforms, and to evaluate the impact of automated assessment on the training performance of future teachers. The third part explores the development and implementation of AI-based methodologies for the automatic generation of questions from video transcripts, with the aim of improving student engagement and assessment.
