Informazioni sull'autore
Patrick Cherif (Cagliari 1985), dottore di ricerca in Studi Filologici e Letterari, già Cultore della Materia presso l'Università Cattolica di Milano, ha insegnato in diverse università europee. Attualmente è docente di Letteratura italiana e di Metodologie della ricerca presso l'Università di Sfax. Ha pubblicato saggi e libri sulla poesia contemporanea, con particolare riguardo per autori come D'Annunzio, Corazzini, Ungaretti, Montale, Pozzi e Luzzi, indagati anche sul versante metrico e linguistico. Tra le sue pubblicazioni si annoverano anche alcuni manuali scolastici dedicati alle principali opere della letteratura italiana. I suoi principali interessi di ricerca, oltre al versoliberismo primo novecentesco e alla poetica cognitiva, riguardano anche lo studio della metrica e del contesto storico-culturale del rap italiano dagli anni Novanta ad oggi. Da qualche anno compie un'opera di divulgazione della letteratura italiana attraverso il suo canale YouTube Letteratura Italiana - Patrick Cherif.
