Continue the Quest of the Guardians adventure in episode two, Drop of Water. Jakin, Malakai, and their Maaoteo protectors, board the good ship Starlight-a decrepit remnant of the past. They attempt to follow Lord Saba's fleet to the elusive Peli Haven, but are soon lost on the open sea and facing more pressing concerns-like food, water, and staying afloat.

When they stumble upon Queen's Island, they discover an ancient secret that even King Faeran doesn't know-a secret he would pay any price to acquire. But before they can decide what to do, they're captured by the Waseekee; the protectors of the water realm who speak with their hands.

Their journey twists unexpectedly when they're turned over to Lord Saba and find themselves facing the monsters of the deep-with a two hour limit on their air supply. But nothing can prepare our heroes for what awaits them on the isolated Salt Island...

ABOUT THE SERIES:

On their journey to restore the key to Jakin's power over the magic, our heroes join a band of gypsy nomad warriors and travel through four distinct realms-each with its own unique culture and cast of diverse characters and creatures. Men, women, children...everyone has an important part to play in the destiny of a society doomed by lies, deception, and fear.

For maximum enjoyment, the series should be read in order. Follow the trail of clues through all four books to a surprise series ending that has readers gasping out loud. Start with episode one: DUST OF EARTH.

Enjoyed by readers young and old, if the Quest of the Guardians was a movie it would be rated PG-13 due to fight scenes and battle violence. NO sex or foul language. If you liked Raiders of the Lost Ark, Harry Potter, or Lord of the Rings, you're likely to enjoy the Quest of the Guardians.

New cover, same fun story!
