After a month into their new term of office the Victoria City Council requests that a forensic audit be undertaken of the City's books after the municipal trough has been all but been emptied by Her Worship Mayor Stinky. This book is about Ms. Stinky's court case and how in her mind she is an innocent victim being persecuted by the local authorities because she is Esquimalt's biggest sexpot. Reality has never been her strong suit.
